Winter Erg Rental
HB Crew is offering rental of our Concept 2 ergometers to existing team member families.  Erg rentals are limited and available on a first paid, first served basis.
 
Rental Responsibilities
Ergs are rented in good condition and must be returned as such.  Renters are responsible for the cost of repairs of any non-wear item.  For example, broken screens, legs or handles are not considered normal wear. Rental period is for the duration of the winter training season. All ergs must be returned no later than March 11th, 2023.

  • By paying for your erg rental, you agree to the following terms and conditions. 

    • Renter is renting a CONCEPT II ERG MACHINE, from HB Cavaliers Crew.

    • The rental period will begin effective immediately and end Wednesday March 10, 2022. Ergs MUST BE returned by this date as they are needed for team training. No exceptions will be permitted.

    • Pickup and return can be arranged by contacting Coach Mark (mark@hbcrew.org) or the HBCrew board at info@hbcrew.org and we will figure out a convenient way to get it to you.

    • Renter is expected to operate and maintain the rented equipment as instructed per manual found here: http://www.concept2.com/files/pdf/us/indoor-rowers/D1_UsersManual.pdf

    • Renter is not permitted to sublet the rental equipment.

    • Equipment will be thoroughly inspected upon pick-up for any defects and re-inspected upon return. Renter is responsible for any damage to the rental equipment caused by misuse or obvious mistreatment as determined by Owner.

    • Renter will be responsible for repair & costs of any damaged equipment as determined by owner.
